Our team is engaged as Sustainable Energy Project Developers to provide services within the USAID project for energy efficiency in Serbia, Serbia Energy Efficiency Activity (Bolja Energija). In the Better Energy project, our main role is the development of sustainable financial models that would contribute to the broader implementation of measures to improve the energy properties of multi-apartment buildings. This involves the inclusion of commercial banks in this business segment and their cooperation with housing associations as legal entities representing residential buildings. We are also engaged in establishing a pilot guarantee mechanism and increasing awareness of the importance of energy efficiency among all leaders in this segment.
