The co-founder of Wise, Branislava Jovicic, and Advisory Board member Ankica Barbulov, in November, had a conversation in Novi Sad with the participants of the solar systems training. They talked about their careers, challenges, and successes, and offered valuable advice to women planning to professionally engage in the solar industry.

We are witnessing an accelerated energy transition and decarbonization across all sectors today, where the use of solar energy is certainly one of the key technologies,” emphasized Ankica Barbulov. She added that the spirit of entrepreneurship is a very important factor for the progress of our society, particularly significant for empowering women within it. She also sees an opportunity for personal development through networking and collaboration with other women via organizations like WISE.

The training was organized by Energy Net Academy and the German development cooperation project implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ Serbia) in partnership with the Ministry of Mining and Energy of the Republic of Serbia.
